Shipping methods & Disclaimer •Unless the buyer elects to take and pays for the Registered Mail option, Moccasinoulet is not liable to replace or refund any items lost or damaged during transport. We will however lodge a customer complaint form to Australia Post on the customer's behalf - they investigate the loss and may refund a maximum of $50 if they deem it to be legitimate (this takes many months).

AusPOST REGULAR SERVICE is free to customers, anywhere in AU. Allow 1-4 business days for receipt within AU when you order with free AusPost Standard Service. Free Shipping offer does not apply on shipments outside of AU. For shipping to Newzealand, the postage is AU$18 for one pair of moccasin and AU$24.50 for one pair of boots but for 2 and more pairs Only one Postal charge applies. On rare occasions, due to the popularity and high demand of some styles and/or sizes, there may be a short delay of 1 to 2 weeks on some orders before they are shipped. Please be assured that as soon as stock becomes available from the manufacturer, your order will be immediately shipped.

AusPOST EXPRESS POST Express Post has a tracking number, however insurance is limited to the cost of the postage only and can only be refunded when Australia Post refunds the postage charge to us. It does not include insurance on the contents of the parcel so orders sent by this method are at the risk of the purchaser Important note regarding emails: Due to the nature of our products , many emails coming from us are blocked by a variety of anti-spam softwear. AusPOST REGISTERED POST Registered Post is trackable and insured to the full value of the item including postage - claims for lost parcels are processed by Moccasinoutlet and orders will be replaced immediately Australia Post advises that a parcel has been deemed missing.
